the spacious and well-equipped room offered exclusive advantages like a private balcony with a stunning city view. the Spa & wellness centre, Sauna, and Swimming pool were perfect for a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. the restaurant here served delightful in-room breakfast, Packed lunches, and private facilities. the location advantage was unbeatable, with easy access to the city's famous attractions.

The only minor downside was the overcrowded Outdoor swimming pool during the peak hours. Despite this, the hotel offered an alternative of the Seasonal outdoor pool.

I always choose this place for my stay. The staff helped me print some tickets on my first visit, which I remember. It suits me perfectly and has Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, fitness center, and no smoking on site. I'm coming back for a trip.

The hotel's decor and ambiance were charming and cozy, making it a delightful place for a senior like me to relax and unwind. The general areas were well-maintained, and the accessibility for senior people was commendable, with easily navigable walkways and comfortable seating areas throughout. Additionally, the hotel's convenient location connected to a shopping mall and the MTR train system was exceptionally beneficial for senior guests like me.

The only thing I would ask for to enhance the vacation experience for senior people would be more assistance in the general areas, especially from the children of the staff, to ensure a seamless and stress-free stay.

Game Zone: Having a blast with my family at the E-Game Zone was a highlight of our stay. It felt like a modern-day gaming paradise, complete with Nintendo Switch and a snack platter. We lost track of time and just had pure, unadulterated fun.

Distance from Heliport: Slightly distant from H K Heliport.

Stayed at a 5* hotel, got spoiled with exquisite Mid-Autumn Festival cakes and red wine. Such a bummer.

Room was spacious and clean, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Great location in the heart of the city, with popular cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Convenient connectivity with nearby train stations and free shuttle bus to the airport.

Some areas of the room were not cleaned properly, with stains on the carpet and dust on the furniture. the lobby was small and crowded, with limited seating available.

We were amazed by the spacious room that comfortably accommodated our family of 4, with enough space for our toddlers to play around. The location is great, with easy access to buses that take you to Yau Ma Tei & Tsim Sha Tsui. We loved the MW cafe next to the hotel for a quick bite. highly recommended for families with kids.

We had a great stay at this hotel, with its ideal location opposite the Flower Market and walking distance to nearby outside markets, as well as being linked to a shopping mall with a cinema. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with an excellent breakfast and helpful service. The hotel also had a nice pool and jacuzzi for relaxing after exploring the city.

There was a slight issue with detergent in the pool, making it difficult to enjoy, but overall it was a minor inconvenience in an otherwise enjoyable stay.

We stayed at Royal Plaza for a week to celebrate my son's birthday and our wedding anniversary. The staff made us feel like VIPs, with a birthday cake for my son and flower petals on our bed. The room was clean and the kids loved the swimming pools. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to Moko mall, markets, and the MTR. The staff, especially Steven Chu, went above and beyond to help us, even taking my daughter to the hospital at 4am. Thank you!

Nothing for us.

The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring the city. It's near several MTR stations, making it easy to get around. You can visit popular markets like the Ladies market and enjoy the bustling street market nearby. The rooms are spacious and clean, with well-maintained bathrooms. The staff provides excellent service and is friendly and professional. The buffet breakfast offers a wide selection of food, including made-to-order noodle soup and a variety of pastries. Plus, the hotel offers great facilities like a pool and a gym.

There were a few instances of finding strands of hair in the room, which could be improved.

I stayed at Royal Plaza for New Year's celebration and was impressed by their excellent service. Despite arriving early for check-in, they held our luggage and later upgraded us to an elegant and comfortable room on the Executive Floor. The location was great, with plenty of restaurants and a nearby supermarket. The room had a coffee machine, complimentary water, and the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on. I had a pleasant stay and will definitely return with my parents next time.

We had an amazing experience at Royal Plaza. The staff greeted us by name and upgraded our room. The suite was spacious, spotless, and had all the amenities we needed. Throughout our stay, we received personalized treats and even had our pictures taken. The Executive Club Staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The hotel's location was convenient with a shopping mall and train station attached. Despite the Hong Kong Protests, we felt safe and well-informed by the hotel management. The late checkout and limousine transfer were a great bonus. we highly recommend Royal Plaza Hotel.

The staff are very helpful and kind, willing to assist and cooperate. The rooms are nice and appropriate for families. The MTR station is very close to the hotel, making transportation easy and comfortable. The hotel is also very near to the famous Ladies Market, just a 5-minute walk away. WiFi service is available, which is a great convenience.

Felt very lucky, nothing was too much trouble.

Great location near markets and malls, spacious and comfortable rooms with good amenities, friendly and helpful staff, excellent club lounge access with free drinks and nibbles, and nice pool area.

During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the fantastic service and top, notch facilities. the staff were friendly and efficient, always there to assist. the location was also very convenient, just a short walk to the subway station and nearby shopping malls. the breakfast at the hotel restaurant was outstanding, with a great variety of both Western and Asian flavors to choose from.

On the downside, there were a couple of things that I didn't like. the check, in process was a bit slow, despite requesting an early check, in.

2 beds. Connected to Moko mall, metro & taxis. Near sport goods & ladies market. Cheap & best. Grayline tour office in hotel. Was easy to get to with K5 bus from Airport Express @ Kowloon station. Disneyland was easy. Great service. Upgraded to executive floor. Clean, elegant & comfortable room. Convenient MTR access. Good bed. Helpful duty managers.

The function rooms at Royal Plaza Hotel were stunning! As a solo traveler, I felt so comfortable and impressed by the spaciousness and elegant ambiance. It was perfect for hosting my event.

Honestly, I found the lighting a bit too bright for my liking.

We had a blast at the E-Game Zone with our family, playing Nintendo Switch while enjoying a delicious snack platter. The 5G LAB at sky100 offered a weekend of endless entertainment, and the kids were over the moon!

My wife says that clearer signage for family-friendly facilities would be helpful for parents navigating the hotel.
